Full description

The Lyte 5B LE5BEQ 3 Section Aluminium Telecoms Extension Ladder has 12 individual ladder feet.

6 ladder feet are large (S00-1482), whereas the other 6 are smaller in size (S00-1483). In general, only 2 (one pair) of the larger feet, which are floor touching, require replacement. The feet are secured by bolts or pop rivets. The feet are easily removed and replaced by the removal and replacement of the screw and 10mm nut or alternatively by the drilling our and replacement of pop rivets.

In the case of the pop riveted feet, the following tools and rivets are required;

R99-4543 - Aluminium Rivets 4.8 x 11mm Pk50

R99-1988 Pop Rivet Gun

E22-6390 Rubber Mallet

N63-3008 5mm Twist Drill

The feet are supplied individually and regular inspection, and replacement provides added stability, grip, and protection for safe ladder use.
