The tool is used to prepare the cable before fitting the connector to improve the ease of fit (especially useful on stiff jacket coaxial cables i.e. PE or Cca rated). Use with a Pull Puck (S00-6417) and Threaded F Handle (C00-5985) for a quality and consistent fit.
