A cost effective means of providing access to low roof structures. Based on our conservatory ladder range, the Chase Sloping Roof Access System with folding handrails allows the user to stand on the top section safely. Quicker and cheaper than scaffolding. For carrying out repairs or maintenance on low roofs. Aluminium construction. Two part extending leaning ladder to providing flexibility with extension modules than can be added to the top roof ladder section. Secures to structure with glazing suction pad and cam-buckle strap (surface must be clean) or eye bolt (not supplied). Fitted with white plastic-coated bearer bars, one of which is adjustable with clamp plates on the leaning ladder section.

• Built from materials that exceed the performance requirements of BSEN-131 Professional and are rated at 175kg.
• Folding full height handrails (0.9M High)
• Safety Chain
• Bearer bar fitted to extending base ladder section as well as top “fly” section.
• Top section can be fitted with additional modules.
• Restraining strap supplied with suction pad to secure to window of sufficient strength (eye bolt NOT supplied)
• 175KG Max load.
• 25KG Weight
• Height range – leaning ladder- 2480-3360mm to eaves.
• Standard top (roof section) 1300mm long
